This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through www.olfactik.com. Please review this policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Business Days: Monday – Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM CT

Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Destination

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Shipping availability may depend on the shipping address, product availability, and checkout options shown at the time of purchase.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping transit time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

United States Standard Shipping

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: 6–9 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, address problems, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If any shipping fees apply, the final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.

6. Shipping Carriers and Fulfillment

Orders may be shipped through trusted carriers, logistics providers, suppliers, or fulfillment partners depending on product availability and shipping requirements.

We work with reliable shipping and fulfillment partners to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@olfactik.com with your order number and tracking information.

We may ask you to:

Check the shipping address on your order confirmation
Check around your mailbox, front door, porch, building, or delivery area
Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or local delivery personnel
Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details

We will help review the issue and assist with the next appropriate steps.

9. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or inability to receive the package, we will contact you when possible.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the customer requests reshipment due to an address error or failed delivery not caused by Olfactik.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@olfactik.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue. We will review the matter and help resolve it according to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@olfactik.com.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has begun processing or has shipped.
